Villa from 1908 offers modern overnight accommodation from a single bed to a family room. A full bath and a kitchen are available on each floor.
In addition, a garden offers a retreat in summer. You can relax in the lounge and meet if necessary.
Our house is in an excellent location in terms of traffic. Both Lübeck Central Station and the A1 motorway are only a few minutes away. We are about 10 minutes away on foot from the old town of Lübeck

Perfect place for a larger group
The house is perfectly located in walking distance to a beautiful city an canals. Every room was a room you would like to stay in and it had everything you needed. You had your own privacy even though we were five couples and children staying to celebrate my dads 70th birthday and the living room was perfect for all of us to be together. We also enjoyed the sun in the small backyard which was lovely.

Schöne liebevoll gepflegte Unterkunft
Wunderbar, das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll renoviert und hat Charme. Es gibt auf jedem Stuckwerk ein großes, sauberes und modernes Bad mit Badewanne und eine saubere und moderne Küche. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt oder nutzt den Bus, der direkt vor der Tür fährt. Leider ist hinter dem Haus eine Ausfallstraße, auf der Proloautos krach machen. Aber das gehört zu einer Stadt dazu. Ich komme gerne wieder

Da man das Bad mit anderen teilt, wäre ein Spiegel auf dem Zimmer sehr praktisch und zeitsparend. Alles in allem empfehlenswert für einen Kurztrip nach Lübeck!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und zu wenig Töpfe
Wir waren mit 10 Mädels vor Ort und waren von der Aufmachung des Hauses begeistert! Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass für eine größere Gruppe zu wenig Küchenutensilien da waren. Also 1-2 große Töpfe wären Vorteilhaft. Außerdem war nach einiger Zeit kein warmes Wasser mehr da. Ansonsten wirklich alles Top und nur zu empfehlen! Wir kommen mit größeren Töpfen gerne wieder :)

Wunderschöne Unterkunft
Wir (11 Mädels) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet! Die Kommunikation war super easy und unkompliziert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und man kann alles gut erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter 😊

Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie dort, von Baby bis Oma, es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist top, tagsüber zum Strand und abends gemütlich essen im Garten und anschließend Spaziergang durch Lübeck. Wir kommen definitiv wieder ♡

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Schöner Altbau, gute und moderne Ausstattung. Wenn man grundsätzlich bereit ist, sich Bad und Küche mit anderen Gästen zu teilen, ist die Unterkunft sicher eine gute Wahl.

Ausreichend Platz und gute Qualität.
Die Unterkunft entspricht Ihrer Beschreibung. Die Qualität ist gut und die Lage sehr zentral. Auch der Austausch mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und auf Augenhöhe. Eine frühere Anreise war nach Absprache möglich und die Zimmer frisch gereinigt. Für Rückfragen oder örtliche Tipps ist der Vermieter gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollte man sich auf einen spontanen Besuch des Vermieters einstellen bzw. würden wir das beim nächsten Mal direkt vorab absprechen. Eine reine Frauengruppe kann sich schon etwas daran stoßen, wenn plötzlich der Vermieter für einen Gastbesuch vor der Tür steht, auch wenn dieser Besuch nett gemeint ist. Darüber hinaus sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass nicht nur der Eingangsbereich (Schlüsselkasten) Kameraüberwacht ist (hier sind Schilder die darauf hinweisen) sondern auch der Aufgangsflur (hier sind keine Hinweisschilder mehr). Sicher sind wir uns nicht, wo noch Kameras gewesen sein könnten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt, konnten die Annehmlichkeiten der Unterkunft und des dazugehörigen Gartens genießen. Für die Zukunft würden wir uns lediglich mehr Privatsphäre wünschen.

Toller Stadt Urlaub
Gepflegte schöne Unterkunft fußläufig zur Lübecker Altstadt und zum Holstentor. Eignet sich auch für Gruppen die gemeinsam die Stadt erkunden wollen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Stadtgraben und an der Trave. Wenn man an die Ostsee möchte, sind Travemünde und Timmendorfer Strand oder Scharbeutz in einer guten halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt in der Nähe auch einen Supermarkt. Einzige kleine Einschränkung ist, dass die Küche sich nicht so gut für größere Kochvorhaben eignet. Aber wenn man eh eher die vielfältige Gastronomie in Lübeck nutzt, passt es sehr gut. Für uns war es ideal, um eine Woche lang alles zu erkunden.

Top Unterkunft für einen Urlaub in der Stadt und mit Abstechern zum Strand
Die Lage ist perfekt, sowohl der Bahnhof für die Anreise und die Ausflüge zum Timmendorferstrand als auch die Innenstadt sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Garten mit den Sitzmöbeln ist optimal. Das Zimmer ist hell und modern eingerichtet und die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Diese Unterkunft ist weiterzuempfehlen.

Wunderbare Tage in der Meierstraße 4
Von Anfang an und auch während des Aufenthalts war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hervorragend. Das Haus ist liebevoll und praktisch gestaltet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Garten ist zu jeder Tageszeit ein Genuss. Die sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder ist noch ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt und natürlich zur Natur machen alles komplett. Ich komme gerne wieder!
