Gated community, 2 nd floor rental , 2 beds 2 full baths. Wood flooring, fireplace, beautiful landscaping . King size bed in Master . Queen in second master plus’s two chairs that turn into twin beds. Sleeps 6 Everything is new in this beautiful condo. Great sunroom to have morning coffee or sit on the porch outside the door. 2 large screen tv’s. One in bedroom and one in living room. K cup single coffee maker. All dishes utensils and of course wine and highball glasses pots and pans furnished. Great condo with comfortable furnishings. Close to Restaurants and shopping . Enjoy and relax and make yourself at home.

Family vacation

A beautiful residence in a great location. Close to everything, shops and restaurants. Great instructions to gain entry and checkout. Wonderful recommendations for eating. An incredible vacation for all family members ranging in age from 18 to 60. Will definitely make a return visit !!!!

Wonderful!

This place was perfect for us! The rooms and living area were very nice for spending time relaxing and having fun. The kitchen was beautiful and perfect for our needs as well. Everything was really well laid out and the decor made this place very welcoming. I would highly recommend this property for a nice stay a little ways from the beach and the shops and restaurants of St. Simon’s. We probably could have walked there, but the weather made it so it was better just to drive. All around the location and the property made for a wonderful weekend getaway for me and my friends!

It was a nice place to stay in the middle of island. perfectly located next to everything. The kitchen was ok, but was missing some cooking supplies (compared to other places). Coffee machine was trash. Pool was ok, very small for a large condo complex. Communication wasn't the best, because it kept trying to get me to go through the app, when I could just email.

Agree w all the other positive reviews!

The four of us were able to stay here for our first trip to St Simon’s and Jekyll Island and this property was perfect. Easy to find and we had access to the needed codes the day of. Parking was available always. Grocery store, McDonald’s, Starbucks within walking distance. Pool was too but it was a bit too chilly to use it. Flight of stairs brought you to this clean and spacious unit. Beds and couches were comfortable with good water pressure for the showers. Thanks for the cozy and clean stay at this beautiful part of GA. We’ll stay here again next time we visit!

Home Away from Home

This condo was the perfect place if you are looking for that home away from home. Close to everything and in a nice gated community. The attention to detail is amazing and is obviously done with love and care! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property! The condo is well kept and perfect for beach guests. Close to multiple local restaurants, grocery store, and a fabulous coffee shop. Our host communicated with us to make sure our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to return to St SImons!

Lovely, Cozy Condo

We absolutely loved this condo. It was conveniently located to anything you may want to do on St. Simons. It was so homy and relaxing. The condo was impeccably cleane, definitely one of the cleaniest rentals I've ever stayed in. We loved the little extra details like the amazing smelling artisan soaps provided. Easy to find, easy to check in and out! Amazing price for such a wonderful place!
