With a living space of 44 m2, the 2½ room apartment is on the 2nd OG and can be reached via a staircase.
Furnished with a comfortable sofa and dining area, the living room has floor-to-ceiling window elements with access to the balcony, where you can end the beach day comfortably. A small staircase leads from the living room to the gallery in the loft, which is equipped with two single beds. Another bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe, which offers enough space for luggage. From the hall you can reach the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and oven. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, which is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. Bicycles can be parked in the basement.
A vacation with a dog is also possible.
