This is a large studio private back house with huge features: Vaulted wood ceilings, spacious granite kitchen/bar countertops, loft sleeping area with a/c, walk in closet, private patio with waterfall, private side patio, backyard garden, and unique foliage for a gorgeous tropical garden oasis. Only15-20 Min to Disneyland. Need more space? Our front house is listed as Tropical Paradise in Fullerton! They both have private areas and the gate can be unlocked to link both yards together if renting both properties.

We've owned this back studio and front house listed as Tropical Paradise in Fullerton for 16 years. The garden has been manicured by us with fruit trees and beautiful tropical foliage. I have a landscape business and my wife works in real estate / property management.
