The apartment is in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. From the 2 balconies, the garden and the outdoor pool (30 sqm) you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. In a few minutes you can walk to the center of Gardola, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops, an oil factory, etc. In a few minutes by car or by shuttle bus (free of charge for our customers) you can reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam".
