A World of Wonderful! Located in the DFW metroplex right between Dallas and Fort Worth, (like the best jewel in a crown is centered 😊) we are just 10 minutes from D/FW International Airport! With massive events and a million things to do and see throughout the year, we are home to such giants like AT&T Stadium, Six Flags Over Texas & Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. Home to the best MLB team in the nation, the Texas Rangers (ok, we might be biased) and their new home Globe Life Field. The International Bowling Museum & Hall of Fame is here in our city, and coming soon, we will welcome the National Medal of Honor Museum.

Disappointing

We arrived to the house and the host never answered the calls or messages to allow us to check in. We called VRBo and they helped us rent a hotel for a the night and ended up renting another home for the rest of our weekend.

Urgent: Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Listing and Unacceptable Experience

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent listing I booked through your platform. Upon arrival at the property, I was unable to reach the host for check-in instructions. Despite my attempts to contact them, there was no response. When I arrived at the property, another individual, accompanied by two small children, pulled into the driveway, exited the vehicle, and entered the property. This clearly indicates that the listing was fraudulent. As a result, I was left without accommodations for the night and had no choice but to sleep in my rental car, as there were no suitable hotels available. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I regret to say that it has greatly diminished my confidence in using Vrbo for future bookings. I kindly request immediate action on this matter, including a full refund and an investigation into this fraudulent listing. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.
