With these new residential units currently being created, no wishes will be left unfulfilled.
Up to six people will find enough space for the most beautiful days of the year, the (family) vacation, on approx.
The spacious, open living area is located on the ground floor and is accessible to the disabled. It offers access to the 30 sqm terrace. This is u. a. equipped with a comfortable living area, cozy reading armchair and flat screen TV. The immediately adjacent kitchen / dining area with full kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, all dishes) offers the opportunity to spoil the whole family with culinary delights at the inviting dining table.
Furthermore, the ground floor offers a handicapped accessible bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower (140 x 100cm), a bedroom with a double box spring bed and a utility room with a washing machine.
On the upper floor, which can be reached via a high-quality, white wooden staircase, there are two further bedrooms, also equipped with box-spring beds for two people each, and a second bathroom with a shower (140 x 100cm).
As a special highlight, a cozy infrared sauna is available in every house for the days, which are called "bad weather" in the north.
Two car parking spaces per residential unit, free WiFi, and the option of charging your own electric car at the in-house petrol station (subject to charges) complete the offer.
