What makes this property unique
The vibrant Pearl District walkable from the house holds some of the city’s best shopping, eating, and biking.
The Pearl boasts 19 world class restaurants, 14 unique shops, the best coffee and cocktails in Texas, a two acre park featuring a twice weekly Farmer’s Market, and the San Antonio Campus of the Culinary Institute of America.
