Heated Pool! BIG Canal View! boating access to gulf
We offer you "Walt's Paradise". Water views, a wonderful heated pool, and large sun-drenched deck that highlight the property. A WIDE "T" shaped canal is great for privacy with out blocking the views. Wave to boaters gliding by on their way to local beaches. Rent a boat and keep at the dock right behind the home. South facing pool area is sunny in winter, and trees and umbrellas give you shade on long summer days. Two marinas with waterfront dining, promenades and local shops are a short drive.
The space
3 bedrooms, and fold out couch in office provide 4 beds. A pool bath makes enjoying the pool area easy to keep the home cool. Huge sliders give a great view of the pool from the entertaining part of the home. Kitchen is spacious with all things needed for cooking and entertaining. BBQ is new in Dec 2021 and a large table for outside dining is in the shade with remote controlled ceiling fans. It is a home in a neighborhood, so please enjoy respectfully of the neighbors.

Watersports toys are on property, please use responsibly. Notify host ASAP of any problems as can usually be fixed under 24 hours. Fencing for the pool is on site and can be installed at guest's request.
