**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**
1) No guests are permitted at the property without prior notice and approval; if guests are allowed, they are only permitted between the hours of 8am and 12am.

2) Guests are not permitted on the back patio or deck after 9pm. We’re extremely sorry to implement this, but noise echoes easily in the back of the house, and neighbors can be easily disturbed by outside noise. Fines of up to $500 can be assessed and will be passed onto guests if neighbors file complaints.

 Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 per pet before Airbnb's taxes and fees.
