As you enter this north end home you'll be struck by the soaring ceilings, wood and basalt rock details and abundance of light. The reverse-living, open concept space features a spacious dining room and updated kitchen with all the tools you'll need to whip up your favorite meals. The eat-in breakfast nook in the kitchen may just be where you spend your time with the adorable art and lighting plus those views! You'll find a half guest bathroom on this level.

Bedroom one is on the main level and features a queen sized bed, TV and desk, for those that need to get a little work done while on vacation. Just half a flight up is the primary ensuite with a king sized bed plus incredible private bathroom with soaking tub, skylight, walk-in shower and access to the deck.

Head downstairs to find three additional bedrooms. The bunk room featuring 3 twin bunk beds plus a twin bed with a trundle, TV and DVD player. Bedroom two features a king bedroom, this room shares a full bathroom with the bunk room, this room has a shower over tub. The third bedroom is a queen ensuite with private bathroom with walk-in shower.

In the garage you'll find plenty of family fun with bikes, ping pong and a pool table! The large upstairs deck has seating, a gas bbq and a view of the golf course. Head down the stairs to find your own private hot tub.

Great place plenty of room

Overall very great place! Loved the hot tub. brought seasonings and foil but the house had a lot of the main seasonings we use. Only critique is the check in, check out time but was nice that they accommodated early check in and late check out when we asked.

More than what we expected

Positives: spacious, nice view of the golf course, lots and lots of games, toys for the kids and adults, bikes, plenty of sleeping areas. air conditioning. Negative: lots and lots of stairs, our little ones had several spills, but ok. It would have been nice to have a child gate.

Sun River Stay

Our family and two other families all stayed here for a ski trip. Close to the mountain in beautiful Sun River. Everyone was comfortable we really enjoyed the house. The place had everything we needed as a big group.

Gift of Together

We wanted to give ourselves and our grown children and families the gift of an opportunity to gather together, enjoy one another and visit the lovely area one family now calls home. This property made that possible for us! We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the home. It is spacious, well laid out, and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for preparing meals and serving the entire family. The property is close to so many beautiful places to enjoy. And when the outdoor fun is done there are games, books, puzzles, ping pong, pool and a spa! It’s evident much thought has gone into setting things up to allow visitors to simply enjoy. Thank you. We had a wonderful time in your home!
