Great location, amenities were outstanding, house spotless and everything we needed. It was awesome to be so close to the fraternity and sorority houses on parent's weekend for all of the back and forth.
The house is beautiful, has a nice garage that can be used for hanging out in the rain, ping pong table, charcoal grille. Walking distance to South U bars and restaurants.
Perfect house for a group! We were 10 friends returning for a mini reunion and football game. Lots of space, beds, bathrooms and very clean. We could walk to the game, campus, bars. The house is among frats so not a good location if you want a quiet weekend on game day but we enjoyed the energy of the students!
Great communication from the host and place was as pictured and described. We will stay again next time we arrive with a group of a similar size!
