Apartment in a cult 1930s villa in the Thuringian Forest, lovingly and gently renovated and originally furnished, with a large, romantic garden and easy access. Hiking trips can be undertaken from here and children love this place.
The apartment is rented on the 1st Floor and another bedroom on the ground floor if necessary. (Bathroom, 4 bedrooms, living room, 2 balconies, small kitchen totaling 130sqm).
The house is very spacious and is suitable for large groups.
In addition, the garden (4000sqm) can be used, which is bordered by a mountain stream, the wild Gera.

Die Ferienwohnung ist recht spartanisch eingerichtet und der Zustand vieler Dinge geht meiner Meinung nach über das hinaus was man gegebenenfalls als kultig und charmant bezeichnen könnte. Viele Ecken waren staubig, die Decken in den Zimmern voller Spinnweben, es roch muffig. Die Matratzen und Decken waren sehr alt und dreckig (Flecken, Haare, Fusseln). Wirklich unangenehm. Schade.

Wanderurlaub

Die Unterkunft war nicht wie im Portal beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig.. Die Schränke in den Schlafräumen waren nicht nutzbar. In der Küche waren verdorbene und überlagerte Lebensmittel im Schrank, welche wir erst mal entsorgt haben. Am 2. Tag unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir eine Maus in der Küche. Nicht gerade angenehm. Die Gegend um Gräfenroda ist sehr schön und sehenswert und bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Gleiches gilt für die Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Minimalistische Villa mit großem Garten

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser super schönen Villa. Wir waren mit vier Kindern dort, für die es viel Platz zum Spielen im Haus und im Garten gab. Die Umgebung hat einige Wandertouren zu bieten. Am ersten Abend und in der ersten Nacht war es etwas kühl, danach wurde es aber sehr gemütlich. Check-in und Kommunikation waren sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir fahren sehr gerne wieder hin.

Charmante Villa im Grünen

Das Haus hat Charakter. Die Ausstattung, zum Beispiel die Matratzen und die Küchenutensilien haben leider ihre besten Zeiten längst hinter sich. Der Garten ist wunderschön und läd zum verweilen ein. Mit ein bisschen Liebe und Ordnung wäre es ein Traum Domizil.

Schöne Villa, toller Garten

Leider nicht ganz sauber und offensichtlich nicht gereinigt vor unserer Anreise und die beworbenen stilvollen Inhalte aus einer Kunstepoche sind ein Sammelsurium älterer Möbel.

Oberhof Biathlon

Ohne kurze Einweisung war es schwierig, am ersten Tag, sich zurecht zu finden. Die Überzugbettwäsche war teilweise schmutzig. Geschirrtücher und Handtücher sehr abgelebt, müssen dringend erneuert werden. Geschirr muss überprüft werden, Schrammen etc.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Gegend

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, man muss sich auf den 30er Jahre Flair einlassen, aber das ist auch genau unser Ding. Die Ausstattung ist ok, es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist toll, man ist Ruck zuck in der Natur, aber auch im Ort ist alles in Laufweite erreichbar (Rewe, Bäcker, Metzger,...). Der Garten ist ebenfalls großartig, es ist auch ein Grill und eine Feuerstelle vorhanden. Auch der Holzofen im Wohnzimmer sorgt für eine heimelige athmosphäre. Dinge, die vielleicht für zukünftige Mieter nützlich zu wissen sind: die Fenster lassen sich nicht verdunkeln. Im Sommer sollte man sich als ggf. Etwas zum abhängen mitnehmen, wenn man nicht mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen um 4.30 aufwachen will ;) es ist kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden und man kocht auf zwei Herdplatten. Alles Dinge, die für uns absolut keinen Nachteil bedeutet haben. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne authentische Villa mit alten und neuen Möbeln im Mix. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen :) In der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Der große Garten und der Balkon zum Garten sind sehr schön. Die Sonne macht im Wohnzimmer eine warme Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist sehr gut am Thüringer Wald. Gräfenroda ist ein niedliches Städtchen und Rewe zu Fuß zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert.

Entschleunigung garantiert

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für eine große Gruppe. Es gibt zwei schöne Sonnenbalkone und der tolle Garten darf ebenfalls genutzt werden. Die Zimmer sind hell und das Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert. Zum Kochen ist das ganze Equipment vorhanden - auch ein Espressokocher. Allerdings erfordern die zwei Herdplatten immense Kreativität bei der Auswahl der Gerichte. Wir waren 7 Personen und das war ab und an eine Herausforderung. Das Bad ist schön groß und es gibt ausreichend Handtücher für alle. Beim Duschen muss man unbedingt darauf achten, dass nicht zeitgleich Geschirr gespült wird: sonst ist das warme Wasser weg. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Das sieht man erst so peu à peu über die Tage. Eine Empfehlung für die Vermieter: die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer sind sehr unbequem und teilweise ist es schwer ohne sportliche Fitness aus den Stühlen wieder aufzustehen. Die würde ich austauschen. Aber wir haben uns trotz allem sehr wohl gefühlt und sind erholt nach Hause gefahren.
