Be our Guest - 3 bedroom, sleeps 7 + Condo w/ pool view by Disney and Universal

Whether it's a few days away or an extended stay, you will love our wonderful condo in the highly sought after resort of Windsor Hills. Our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo sleeps 7 + and offers beautiful views of the Pool, Water park, and other great facilities that Windsor Hills provides (Included with your stay, at no additional cost).

Our Condo sleeps 7 adults comfortably, 8 if there are children. The bedroom consists of 2 King size bedrooms and 1 kids bedroom that has a twin over full bunk bed, and pull out twin trundle. The kids room alone can sleep 3-4 children comfortably.

Two bedrooms overlook the pool, and all three have their own TV.

Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, pod coffee machine, toaster, air fryer and blender.


A patio door from the living area leads onto a screened in private patio with a ceiling fan, two cozy chairs and a view of the pool.

Wonderful stay - will be back!

The condo was spacious and in a great location next to the pool. It was very clean and stocked with many extras! A stroller, beach towels, extra nice blankets, and more! Windsor Hills is such a great community. Lots to do for kids and we felt very safe. We will be back!

We had a great time in Orlando and really appreciated this reasonably priced accommodation. Plenty of room, great layout and well stocked…the only thing “missing” might be a fan. If you don’t bring a sound machine with you tue pool gets a bit noisy if you’re needing to sleep between 8:00am-10:00pm

Comfy and close to Disney

Our family had plenty of room to spread out among the three bedrooms. The pool area was great, wish we had more time to enjoy it. The vicinity to the parks was great and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had everything we needed and lots of things we didn’t but that would have been helpful to families with young kids (strollers, high chairs, etc).

Awesome location and pool area

Just our luck… we booked our FL vacation for one of the rare cold weeks there. It was in the 40’s with rain for all but two days. This place would be amazing for a getaway week with normal FL weather!! The pool area is so nice & the splash pad with water slides and stuff for smaller kids looked great. It’s one of the major reasons we picked this place. No fault of the owners that the weather didn’t cooperate for us, obviously. There were diehards that were in the heated pool throughout the week… we didn’t even pack our suits so that helped with the temptation haha. Walmart is close by… it is HECTIC so I wouldn’t plan on going unless you absolutely have to. I was doing a delivery order but got sidetracked & missed checking out in time & lost my time slot…. Next thing you know there are no delivery slots until the next day. Plan accordingly.Lots of places to eat around. We got breakfast and snack stuff for the condo & DoorDashed from a place called the Jersey Spot I believe it was called. Highly recommend! When we went out to eat we went to Sickies Burgers. They have mixed reviews but our experience was great. Best burger I’ve ever had & there’s an excellent assortment of beers. My husband had a butterfinger boozy shake which he loved. Rush hour traffic can be brutal but if you stay @ Disney til close or leave after lunchtime you should be back to the condo in 15-20 minutes.Only downside to the condo was the HVAC unit is loud & you have to get your own laundry detergen.

Great location, well appointed, but a few inconveniences.

The property location was great and very convenient to the parks. The condo was spacious and by far the best-appointed rental my family has stayed at. Lots of towels, beach towels, extra bedding and even a high chair, extra child floaties, etc. for small kids. While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few things that kept the rating at a 4 rather than 5. First is the music from the pool area. While being close to the pool is convenient, the resort plays music from 8am-10pm daily, and it can be heard in the bedrooms. This made it hard to get the little ones to fall asleep when they were used to quiet rooms. The second inconvenience was the water temperature. Even at the highest setting, the water temp was barely warm. Not sure if this was set that way for safety or to conserve energy, but it was well below standard temperature and made bathing uncomfortable (the heated pool was around the same temperature). The third and final frustration was the thermostat settings. The thermostat would automatically reset to a higher temp every two hours. It was uncomfortably hot when it would change. The biggest problem was in the middle of the night. I was 30 weeks pregnant during our stay and was awoken multiple times throughout the night because of how hot it had become in the condo. This alone almost made me give the place three stars instead of four, but this is probably a decision made by the property management company rather than the owner.

January stay

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. It was the perfect space for our family of 7. Our kids enjoyed playing at the pool and the arcade. Walmart nearby is amazing. It has everything you would need and more. Only minor complaints (very minor) was that the shower water didn’t get real hot, the entry light switch didn’t work, the splash pad was very cold. These were very minor issues though. We would definitely stay at this Vrbo again!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Extremely clean. Great location and lots of amenities on site. The only minor, I mean minor down side and of no fault of the condo itself is that the unit is pool adjacent and they start playing music at 8AM until 10PM. It loud enough to wake up you in the morning and sign along to the songs. Other than that, we highly recommend this property.

Great Place to Stay!

Unit was as advertised. In addition to the pre visit communication, on site property book and signage that details expectations. Is also a great source for information. Communication both pre and post visit was A+. Location is close to all parks, shopping and dining. Great pool and mini water park. Very clean property with many additional amenities. Don't miss on this one, if it's available, book it!

Great family vacation

This place was perfect. We had all the space we needed and you have a greatview of the pool and the kids pool from outside the patio/balcony. The arcade area was nice and the little shop to get some snacks if you hungry while at the pool or if you want food they have that too and prices are good. This place has everything you need from all kitchen appliances, coffee makers, toaster microwave pots, pans etc. They have more than enough blankets, towels and pool towels plus some indoor games to play. All bedrooms have ceiling fans which are amazing. If you have little ones they also have a high chair, playpen and a stroller. The Host was very attentive and replied back quickly and helped us with any questions we had or if we needed to add someone to the list to come visit. Although the AC went bad while we were there no fault to the Host things happen. We made it work as we took advantage of the breeze since we were on the 3rd floor. I love that all the stores are close by especially Walmart down the road. I will definitely come back to this place.

Disney Vacation

We booked this property for a Disney vacation. We had two families splitting the condo and it was perfect. The kids loved the bunk bed. The property was very clean and quiet. The location to Walt Disney is so nice. Took us no time to get to the parks. This property is fantastic.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here for a week. Great location, great space, fun pool/slides right outside. The only thing I would tell people staying in the future is to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels if you are staying longer than 2 rolls of TP and one roll or paper towels will last. We had Walmart deliver groceries and just threw those in our cart.

Great time!

We had a great time while we stayed at the condo. The pool and slides were great for the kids. The condo and property were very clean and had exactly what we needed. We will be back in the future when we come to Orlando again.

Our family of 5 ( children ages 5, 8 and 12) cherish every moment we get to visit our home away from home. Whether we are park hopping around Disney or lounging by the pool, we love making new memories! Our condo is perfect for a family with children of any age! The 3 rd bedroom has a bunk bed with pull out trundle, a TV and an enclosed ceiling fan. The Master Bedroom closet has a pack and pay, stroller and high chair for guest use. Pool towels are provided as well.

Walmart is within walking distance, and we stock up on our favorite foods so we can eat at home, and never leave the condo if we choose. Friday - Sunday they often have poolside entertainment (depending on the season), and in the evenings we enjoy watching movies in the Theater or playing pool in the game room. There is no shortage of things to do here!

Our condo is in the perfect location, directly overlooking the pool and splash park. Families of all ages will have everything needed to have a wonderful vacation. We are reasonably priced and offer great value for your money, while making magical memories!
