Met our needs.

Older home that could use updates. Master bedroom was a renovated garage. Master bath was much smaller than expected. Not enough towels for 9 people and no kitchen wash cloths or towels were provided. After the second day, the front door keypad was not working and we could not lock the door from the outside. The host was always very responsive to my emails, but did not follow through or resolve some requests.

Disappointed

August 11-13, 2023 Unfortunately, our stay for the initial 24 hours was very uncomfortable due to the lack of adequate air conditioning and high humidity in the home. Our attempts to regulate the thermostat were unsuccessful so we contacted the management company/owners who said they would send someone to fix the problem, but no one ever came. The temperature remained 80 degrees or above until the following day. The first night everyone had a horrible time trying to sleep and some of our group were planning to leave early due to being uncomfortable. On the second day the air conditioning and humidity improved to more tolerable ranges (around 77 degrees) without any A/C technician showing up. We suspected that the thermostat was being controlled remotely. In addition, the overall cleanliness of the home was below average. Trash was not empty inside the home, cabinets had partially opened food containers, the ice maker did not work, a portion of the pool deck had broken glass, a shade tarp had a large amount of water in it which weighed so much no one could empty it (making the shade area unusable), and the backyard landscaping was overgrown with weeds coming through the brick pavers. We recognize this was an older home, but our experience would have been satisfactory if the A/C had worked properly, and the home was better maintained.

Spring break

The rental process was easy & accurate. The company responded quickly to answer questions The pool fire pit & yard were all fun for the kids. Maybe a 5’ pool so perfect for kids The house was not new but fine. Only concerns were mostly the kitchen Not very well equipped nothing to bake on but a cookie sheet we were told not to bring coffee that it was supplied There were 4-5 k cups when we got there. We requested more & received 10. Not enough for 4 coffee drinkers for a week. They would not bring anymore. Good location. Short drive to beach restaurants & grocery. We enjoyed our stay

Good for a few couples to stay at - convenient to area

This property is a little older but in good condition and was clean inside. The location is great BUT the property is located on a main/very busy road. There is plenty of parking off road with a roomy circular driveway. The yard is lovely but needs some sprucing up. The water that is at the rear of the property was pretty dry when we were there. We have dogs that are very well trained however and larger but if you had a small dog or a dog with not the best listening skills you'll have to keep him/her on leash. There are ways under the fencing and a small dog could easily get out in some areas, there is no fence blocking pets/children from stream area. This property is VERY CONVENIENT FOR THE AREA though - I spend a lot of time and rent a lot of places over in St. Pete/Treasure Island and to get to any beach, or any spot it is very convenient. Great for a few couples or older folks. Thank you for our time.
