Perfect Location 👌

Let me start by saying my hosts are excellent. They made sure I was greeted upon arriving and everything was to my liking before the check-in was completed. The condo is in a prime location to enjoy everything that Pattaya has to offer.. you are walking distance from Central Pattaya mall, the beach, and tons of nightlife, good food and entertainment. The facility has a top notch pool and skydeck with stunning views of Pattaya. There is great security, secure parking if you have a vehicle and a safe in the room. The room is modern and very comfortable with amenities added by the host to help make my stay more enjoyable. The hosts are quick to respond if you have a question or concern and they always follow up to ensure your issue is resolved satisfactorily. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when I visit again.

Außen hui, innen pfui

durchgehende Glaswand mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung ca.10 St./Tag nach Süden ohne Jalousien oder vorgelagertem Balkon heizt das Appartment auf über 50 Grad auf, die Aircon hat keine Chance, umso mehr befindet sich diese bedingt durch die geringe Größe des Raumes direkt über dem Kopfende des Bettes, wo man schwitzt und dann von der Aircon heruntergekühlt wird. Hatte 3x eine Lungenentzündung, war schwerkrank, mit dem Leben abgeschlossen. Man hat auch keine Hilfe, ist ein Condo, keine Rezeption. Alternative wäre Krankenhaus gewesen. Es gibt um das Condo herum im Umkreis von mehreren Kilometern kein Fleckchen Grün, alles engst verbaut und zu 99% asphaltiert. Zudem konnte das Fenster auch in der Nacht nicht geöffnet werden, da an sämtliche verbrachten 90 Tagen (mit Ausnahme eines buddhistischen Feiertages) von 20.00 abends bis mindestens 04.00 früh eine deftige Hardrockband direkt in der Soi unter dem Fenster "werkte". Am Rooftop mit dem Pool gibt es nur 2 kleine schattige Plätze, keine Schirme oder ähnliches. Insgesamt die schlimmste Zeit meines Lebens, und ich werde wohl noch länger an den Folgen leiden. Dafür ca.6500 € bezahlt. Jetzt umgezogen in ein Appartment, 3x größer, 2 Balkone, tolle Aircon und um 80% billiger. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig nach rückwärts gelegen und erster erholsamer Schlaf seit 3 Monaten. Niemals mehr dieses Condo.....
