House for 5 guests with 65m² in Dahme (18414)

The holiday home has been completely renovated for the 2017 season and is looking forward to welcoming guests back in new splendor!
The terraced house is centrally, absolutely quiet in a cul-de-sac but still close to the beach (200m) in the street "Im Winkel". You can reach all shopping and entertainment options for daily needs, restaurants and the fine sandy beach in a few minutes on foot. The car can stop in the car park.
The living / dining area is designed with designer flooring and has a nice dining area.
To relax and unwind, there is a cozy corner sofa in the living room, which can also be used as a sofa bed for a fifth adult. From there you also have a perfect view of the wall-mounted large (43 inch) HD flat-screen TV.
The highlight on the ground floor is the new, modern and excellently equipped fitted kitchen with Siemens branded appliances, ceramic hob, high-quality oven, fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine and microwave with grill function. Of course, reasonable cookware (including Pots from Rösle) are available - so cooking on vacation is also a pleasure. And a toaster and coffee machine with a thermos are available for a decent breakfast.
The master bedroom on the upper floor has a comfortable double bed, a large spacious wardrobe and two bedside tables. The large roof window lets the room shine and the bright furnishings ensure a pleasant feeling of living.

In the children's room next to the master bedroom there are two single beds, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A new roof window provides plenty of light, but can also be completely darkened thanks to an integrated blackout blind - this makes it possible for your offspring to have a decent nap (we know what we're talking about ...).
From the hall on the ground floor with a cloakroom and a large wall mirror and the side under the stairs, you can access the fundamentally renovated, bright and modern bathroom with toilet, shower and towel radiator. Here the newly installed integrated ventilation automatically ensures a good indoor climate.
On request, you can receive a laundry service for € 18 per person for the duration of your stay. This includes: putting on duvet covers (bed sheet, pillow case, duvet cover) and various towels (bath sheet, hand towel, bath mat, tea towel). In any case, you should bring your own beach towels for your beach holiday.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
A high chair is included in both objects free of charge (without registration). Baby / child travel beds including a high quality mattress are also available upon agreement (one-time fee of EUR 10 per baby / child travel bed per stay). For these, the bed linen and towels are free when booking the laundry service!
