Beach Vibe Haven w/ Heated Pool+Spa & Game Room

Cape Haven is one of a kind! Our home features a beautiful outdoor space, relaxing heated pool+spa & amazing air-conditioned game room. Completely remodeled, extra clean, tastefully decorated w/ plenty of amenities & little extras to make for your most comfortable stay. We happily oversee & attend to every detail. We love hosting & take pride in providing a positive, enjoyable experience for all our guests.

• OUTDOOR: Relax and melt your stress away in our heated, screened-in pool with spa/hot tub. Outdoor dining, seating, pool toys and inflatables. Ample fenced in yard for added privacy.

• POOL: Heated year round at no extra charge and set at 86 degrees (The standard highest recommended temperature to avoid the growth of algae and bacteria.)

• LIVING ROOM: Open floor plan with plenty of seating to accommodate large families. Smart 55 inch TV with Xfinity cable + streaming so the whole family can gather and settle in for a movie night after a day of fun.

• KITCHEN: Well-stocked with all you need to make home-cooked meals. Coffee station, coffee, tea, cookware, dishware, utensils, spices and basic staples provided for your convenience. Electric indoor/outdoor grill. Large island with seating for 4 open to the living & dining with table and seating for 6.

• BEDROOMS: Smart TVs in every room with Xfinity cable + streaming. Bed-side touch lamps with USB charging ports for added convenience. Furniture with plenty of drawer space. Full length mirror in each room. Desk/work space in king & queen room.

• BATHROOMS: The main bath has a shower tub combo and large ample vanity. The master bath has a walk-in shower. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls and blow driers provided in both bathrooms.

• GAME ROOM: Play a round of air hockey, shoot some hoops or enjoy Classic NES / Wii Nintendo. From board games to cards, darts, dominoes and more, there is endless fun and entertainment for everyone. Washer, dryer, detergent and basic cleaning supplies are also found in the garage.

• LOCATION: Perfectly situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood on a no outlet street with no thru traffic. Within minutes of all the best Cape Coral has to offer. Near beaches, parks, dining and shopping. There is plenty to see and do!

• SAFETY/SECURITY: There is a camera at the entrance of the home. This is the only camera on the property. There is a pool safety alarm on the main sliding door and windows leading out to the pool as a measure of protection for those traveling with small children.

• HOME RULES:
- No Unregistered Guests: (visitors are subject to prior approval)
- No Parties / Events (parties/events are strictly prohibited)
- No Loud Music (be mindful of neighbors)
- No Pets (unless pre-approved support)
- No Smoking (in home or screened lani)
- Report any damages immediately
- Primary Guest min. age: 25
- Quiet Hours: 9PM-9AM
- Max Occupancy: 8

* In order to adhere to local city and state regulations, occupancy is strictly monitored and enforced. Unapproved guests/visitors will result in cancellation of booking without a refund and subject to additional fees.

* We allow non-overnight visitors with prior approval, between the hours 8am-11pm. Please just be sure to advise and check with us first.

*The violation of any of the above rules may result in additional fees charged to guest, including but not limited to: damages, rule violation fees, noise complaint fines, excessive garbage/ cleaning services.

RULE VIOLATION FEES:
- Unregistered guest/ Unapproved visitors ($50 p/ person p/ day)
- Parties/Events ($500)
- Unapproved Pets ($400)

We have put a lot of love and thought into making Cape Haven as comfortable and inviting for our guests as possible. We are not a short term rental/vacation company. This is our personal family vacation home and we happily oversee and attend to every detail ourselves. We love hosting and take pride in providing a positive, enjoyable stay for all our guests.
