Cute Clarkdale Home
This property is a short drive down the road from downtown Cottonwood. Exactly as pictured. What isn't listed is that this property is actually utilized as two separate units so we had a little difficulty accessing the lower portion of the house at first. Michele, however, the property manager, was VERY responsive and called me almost immediately to answer my questions and provide me answers.
I do think the upper portion of the house was cleaner than the lower. As expected in any rural home, there were some bugs but there were many in plain site that were deceased that, if the home had been cleaned and vacuumed the day of arrival, those would not have been present. Good news, since they were all dead, you know their exterminator works!
The area with the firepit is overgrown so we did not utilize and there are only 2 chairs on the upper outside deck so we were happy we brought out own since there were 7 of us.
This house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and was overall really nice to utilize during our stay.
