Villa Deichgraf awaits you with a unique location on the beach of Börgerende. Separated from the sea only by the dike and the European bike path, you have a view of the sea or the dike from almost all apartments. The Villa Deichgraf, completed in 2011, is an architectural highlight with style elements of classic bathroom architecture. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, Villa Deichgraf is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. The individually furnished apartments have a balcony or roof terrace, underfloor heating and beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. In many apartments you will find an easy-to-use gas fireplace with a large glass surface, which offers cozy warmth and the atmosphere and cosiness of a real fireplace on cool days.
