Since you are on a main road , access to major roads , and major attractions is a huge plus .

The 4 bedroom, 2 bath section of the house is available and exclusive to you! The only things that are shared with the apartment at the parking. And the backyard :)

This home has an attached Mother Studio, under the same roof, with a private separate Entrance and utilities, and will only share the parking and backyard.

There is a two car garage which should be plenty for your party. We also have some additional parking on the side and can park behind the 2 car garage as well. Plenty of parking but please leave space for the other unit’s vehicles. Thank you :)

This home is located on a main road and May have some road noise in the day and night time. If you are a light sleeper, we can offer earplugs :) the master bedroom is the room further back in the house, but you still may be able to hear the road from there. House is right next to an attorney/Tax office. Centrally located :)
