Fabulous first time in Savannah
The house was spacious and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Convenient location, walkable to so many parks and fun places, and close to Dot trolley. House was immaculate, and kitchen had everything you could ever need. Highly recommend this property!

5 ⭐️ place IF you bring ear plugs
Place is beautiful, has all you need, amazing location - everything is walkable. BIG CAVEAT, we all found street noise very difficult, busy street with old single pane windows. I can not recommend ear plugs enough. Saved our trip!

Amazing Property
This home was absolutely beautiful. We didn’t want to leave. The walk to the river front is more than a skip and hop but doable. It is nosey in the mornings with the traffic. We just plugged in the fan to drown out the noise from vehicles.

Sisters Trip Plus One
We had an absolute blast! My two sisters, a friend, and I spent the week wandering around the historic district of Savannah. Our VRBO, Harcourt Manor, was perfectly located two blocks from Forsyth Park. The house was just perfect for the four of us with lots of room to spread out. What perfect way to enjoy such a historic town by staying in one of its beautiful houses in one of its most beautiful neighborhoods.

Enjoyed the city and the home was spacious, clean and historic. In a great location. Only thing we weren’t too crazy about was there renters downstairs that connected to the main house through a common door.

Lovely home and location
Celebrated a long New Year's weekend with friends and family, everyone was comfortable in their own space with large bedrooms and private bathrooms for each couple. Very walkable location to River Street, house is closer to Forsyth Park. There is some street noise but you are in the heart of the city so it's expected and worth it for the location and beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily return!

Great location!
Our adult family stayed 4 nights. While we had a car, we walked most of our time and the location was perfect for us. The proximity to Forsyth Park was a bonus as we were at the fountain in under 5 minutes. We could walk to River Street within 20 minutes. The location felt very safe and the availability of covered garage parking was a tremendous asset. Entering and exiting was very easy, communication with the host was efficient and helpful. As other reviewers have noted, there is street noise but a white noise app on your phone will drown it out. The floor to ceiling windows in each room are gorgeous but also allow for an early sunrise so perhaps an eye mask if you are sensitive to light. The hosts cannot control the noise or the sun so these are not drawbacks for me but they could be if you want a dark and quiet bedroom. This house looks exactly as it does in pictures, we were really thrilled to stay in a unique and historic property. It was a bit chilly in Savannah during our trip and the heat worked great and the house stayed nice and warm during our time. I used to live in Savannah and always wondered what these homes looked like inside - this house is very charming and comfortable.

This house was perfect for sightseeing in downtown Savannah. We took a trolley tour. It was excellent. Our favorite breakfast was clary’s and our nightly haunt was Pinkie Masters. Both walkable, reasonable and fun. Beautiful house!!! Thanks for this listing. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect stay and location.
Right in the heart of the Historic District. Walking distance to great local attractions and restaurants. Beautiful home that gave 6 adults ample space to spread out. Only issue that is beyond the owner's control is you can hear the traffic from Drayton Street. Highly recommend bringing a floor fan to help with sound control at night.

Awesome house and location
This house was perfect for short weekend getaway to Savannah! In a quiet neighborhood with more of a local feel and a little less touristy which we loved. Short walk to downtown riverwalk and plenty of great spots to grab coffee, drinks, and dinner! Communication of owners was great and the house was beautiful and super clean! Wonderful property and location
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The interior of the property is gorgeous. My 3 siblings and I had plenty of space and were within walking distance of anywhere we wanted to go in Savannah. We took daily walks in Forsyth Park, which is just around the corner. While we took full advantage of the wonderful restaurants in Savannah and did not cook in the home, we were impressed with the Wolf range and Subzero refrigerator. The high end appliances gives insight into the overall quality of the home. We did not have occasion to reach out to the managers during our stay because everything was as expected but they were wonderful to deal with before and after.

Wow--What a gem!
This property met all of our expectations and needs. Incredible place in all aspects: Location, layout, amenities. We stayed with 5 adults all 55+ and we loved it. The 3 bedrooms/baths were superb for us. Kitchen was great with all needed cookware and utensils. Plenty of room in the fridge! Great dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker-does pots or capsules, your choice. Dining space was awesome. Livingroom/TV with youtube TV was great--plus it is a Samsung smart TV with APP access for our own streaming accounts. Wi-Fi was superfast. Be patient with the light switches--there are alot of them for the various lights and ceiling fans. Once you figure out what controls what, you'll be fine. Having a dedicated garage with parking space was a great addition--no need to hassle with street parking. My GMC Sierra truck was about 4 inches too long for the garage, so we did have to use the street parking, but one of the family members had a handicap placard so we used one of the 2 free ADA spots diagonally across the street. You should be fine with a mid sized sedan or mid sized SUV. Just be aware that if you do have to street park, it's only free from 5pm to 8am, plus you need to mind the signs for street cleaning. you won't need to drive while staying--walking distance is easy to anywhere, plus the free Savannah DOT 7A and 7D busses are easy to use if desired. Note: there what appears to be an empty parking lot across the street. It belongs to the church and is well used during the day. I did ask a contractor doing some work down the street and we warned me that the folks who own it will get ornery if you try to park there during the day. Chad did a great job of communicating and mentioned he has other properties in town of different sizes, so we will be reaching out to him when we return. Thanks so much!
