On the ground floor you enter the house through a porch, on the left is the bathroom with a walk-in shower, and straight ahead you come into the spacious living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen with Miele appliances, stove with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The comfortably furnished living area is bright and flooded with light through 2 patio doors, there is a satellite TV and stereo system. A comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor in an open bedroom with a double bed and a closed bedroom with two single beds. There is a parking space in front of the house, the large garden with old trees invites you to play and relax with a lawn and seating areas and a covered patio. Bedding - oversize 155 cm x 220 cm -. A cot and a high chair are available. Pets are not allowed.
