Spacious & Cozy House - Minutes to Downtown Cincinnati.
Housed in the heart of Downtown, Newport KY. This house is located between Newport on the Levee and Mainstrass/Covington Neighborhood. You will be in Downtown Cincinnati in less than 7 minutes.
Business Travelers: We are 10 Mins from Duke Energy Convention Center!
Concert/Event Goers: 5 mins from MegaCorp Pavillion & Heritage Bank Center.
Game Day: 5 mins to Paycor & Cincinnati Red Stadiums
The entire home sleeps 6 and it is used just by our guests. On the first floor, you will find the Living room (with HDTV/Netflix, Basic Cable, etc) 1 full bathroom, and a dining room.
The Kitchen is equipped with Double and single sinks, a microwave, a Huge fridge, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Rice Cooker, and a Tea Kettle.
All the rooms are located on the 2nd floor with a full bathroom in the Hallway.
Each guest will have 1 Towel and 1 washcloth. The use of our washer/dryer is prioritized for guests with longer stays.

Why they chose this property
This property is very spacious and newly renovated. I received a lot of compliments in regard to my kitchen being big enough to host Thanksgiving dinners and my living room very comfortable and cozy.
