Everything was almost great!!! We celebrate my daughter's birthday in this hotel every year! And every year before it was amazing!!! But this year we had some unpleasant situations, which ruined our experience!!! First, what was unpleasant, in the ice cream store Scoops works some rude lady and I really don't know what is her problem!!! When on Thursday we stopped by to get an ice cream for kids and kids wanted a cone, of course, but we asked a paper cup as well, because kids always make a mess, she said "no!!! I won't give you a paper cup! I have to report about every single cup!!" I mean: "seriously!!???" Then on Sunday we came again for ice cream, and she pretended that she can't see us at all, we waited for a while for an attention. Lucky for us on Sunday they had second worker at the store, so he helped us out wonderfully, and guess what!!! He gave us 2 paper cups for my kids ice cream!!!!! Just because we asked him to!!! And we had our ice cream in the cones, just like before!!! Second unpleasant situation was: we were packing our bags, ready to check out, and suddenly - 9 am our bracelets are disactivated!! My husband took some bags to the car and couldn't get in to building to get the rest of the bags!!! After 30 minutes he came to the room (it was 9:30am!!!!!), called to a customer service to tell, that our bracelets are not active and we are not done yet. And customer service said: "but it's your check out day!!! Do you want security walk you out?"
