About this property

Perfect Lake House Retreat

Welcome to the Lake! Nestled in the pines, this custom built house, meticulously cared for Central Wisconsin home is the perfect retreat. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a loft, screen porch and huge deck. Also enjoy the back yard fire pit with seating provided.

The house is located within a few minute walk from the public beach (large pavilion with shelfter, pinic area, bathroom & parking). The boat landing is also located within a few minute walk.

Two kayaks are also provided with life jackets (all ages) and swim toys.

Pleasant Lake is a 120-acre, clear water and full sport lake. Wake hours are between 11am-3pm. The driveway has ample space to park your boat or ATV trailer.

Property is close to the extensive ATV and snowmobile trail system of Waushara County (Trail Maps Provided). All Waushara County roads are open for ATV traffic otherwise they will post signs if not open.

The Ice Age Trail runs right past the property. Please google Wisconsin Ice Age Trail for more information or let me know and we can get you more information.

The property is also close to hundreds of acres of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource public land for all your hunting needs. (Deer, Turkey, Small Game etc....). **Blink doorbell located at first floor entrance (by garage door) - south side of property**

Kid-friendly and spacious!

This worked out well for our family, including three young kids. The property is well equipped and has lots of space for multiple guests plus a fun game area in the garage. We love staying at this property again!

Wonderful lake retreat.

We had a lovely stay at Amy and Derek’s house. We had everything we needed and we all slept comfortably. The front porch was probably our favorite part of the house itself and we spent many hours there playing games, doing puzzles, talking or just enjoying the birds and the pine trees. My adult kids enjoyed the ping-pong and Pool tables. The lake is a lovely gem with a great sand bottom, few weeds and warm water to swim and play in. We already booked our stay for next year! Wonderful getaway

We had a blast at Dereck's house! Such a roomy, clean, comfy home. There is everything you need for a great stay - the kids loved playong ping pong and pool, and the kitchen is very, very well stocked. They even had sticks for s'mores. The patio is amazing, we spend a lot of time hanging out arounf the fire. The area is beautiful and peaceful, you are just steps away from the lake. Thank you, Dereck!

Lovely, spacious stay - great for kids and adults

We were really happy with the property and location - it was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group. We loved all the different areas to sit, from the front deck to the screened-in porch to the back stone patio fire pit area. Also loved the rec-room style basement and enjoyed playing a few games of pool and ping pong. The public beach is pretty close too, and it was nice that towels were provided to make packing easier! Overall great space, great amenities, and timely communication from our host. Hope to stay again.

Great place

Nice and clean. Very nice lake and area. Stayed over the 4th weekend, the fireworks over the lake were great, we watched from the deck. Would definately rent again. Easy communication for the owners. Very lovely property
