The separate bedroom offers every living comfort with a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The fitted kitchen is equipped in such a way that meals of all kinds can be prepared there. On the balcony, which can be reached via the living room, you can enjoy the absolute sunshine of this apartment. Quietly located and still in the middle of it, your balcony in this apartment faces south.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. A TV is also available in this apartment. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for communal use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 5 € / day. All floors up to the underground car park are easily accessible by elevator.
There is a one-off final cleaning fee of € 50 per stay.
