The separate bedroom offers every living comfort with a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The fitted kitchen is equipped in such a way that meals of all kinds can be prepared. If you would like to eat outside, you can do this on the balcony, which you can reach from the living room. Enjoy the absolute sunshine for many hours a day. Quietly located and still in the middle of it, your balcony in this apartment faces south.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and sink. There is also a television and free WiFi available in this apartment. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for communal use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 5 € / day. All floors up to the underground car park are easily accessible by elevator.
There is a one-off final cleaning fee of € 50 per stay.
