BRAND NEW ON RENTAL! COMPLETELY REMODELED UNIT!!!

Welcome to Long Beach Resort Tower 3-1101, one of the most gorgeous three bedrooms at the resort. The unit is located over the lagoon pool, one of the most desired locations at Long Beach. The owner of this unit spared no expense when remodeling and furnishing and it shows!

The whole condo is tiled, so no carpet! The living room has plenty of seating with a large sectional couch and a flat screen TV. The dining room table seats eight, along with three seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features brand new cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful backsplash, and leathered granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. The master bath offers a walk in shower and a soaking tub. The guest bedroom offers two queens and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom also features a large walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen tv. The third bathroom has a large walk in shower. All three bathrooms have brand new cabinets and leathered granite counter tops.

Long Beach Resort has gated access w/security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street or in a high-rise tight parking garage! There are three pools, two polynesian style pools that are seasonally heated and the huge 6800 sq ft Lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Each pool has it's own jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy a burger and your favorite beverage at the Lagoon poolside bar and grill, The Hangout, which is open March thru September. Long Beach is conveniently located near all the great restaurants, golf courses, putt putt, kids attractions and don't worry if you forget something, Wal Mart is just down the street and Pier Park is just a short, scenic drive down Front Beach Road!

The condo is super nice but the owners need a new cleaning crew! We left it cleaner than when we got there for sure. All the towels smelled like cigarette smoke and the sheets on one of the beds had not been changed. The floors had not been mopped in a long time and the cabinets looked as if they hadn't been wiped down at all. There were feet prints on the walls in the bedroom with 2 queen beds which only took me a few mins to get off but its the fact that I pay for it to be cleaned then basically have to do it myself. We always stay at Long Beach(actually this was the 3rd time since May) and this was the dirtiest of them all. Sorry but the cleaning fee is too steep for it to have been this dirty.

Amazing
Just book it, you won’t be disappointed this condo has everything you could want or need! My family fell in love with this condo! Everyday we were there we saw dolphins, devil rays, sting rays and a few sharks all from the amazing balcony! We spent endless hours enjoying the view and the sounds of the waves. It’s conveniently located close to stores and restaurants. The property it self is kept so nice and clean. We can’t wait to to go back! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!
