High ceilings, large picture windows, and french doors opening onto a large patio with canyon and mountain views. Guests will have access to 3 acres of accessible land, which are terraced and gently slope down from the house to reveal a tennis court, 46-foot swimming pool, horse stables, hay barn, and turn-out areas. This unique estate sits at the end of a private road and offers the ultimate secluded Los Angeles retreat while being only 17 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes from shopping, and the 101, and very close to Fair Hills Farms equestrian facility. There is a guest house on the property that is occupied by the owner but it is totally separate and private from the main house.
