Worked perfectly for us!

We were up for our son‘s graduation. We had seven adults and two infants. Everybody was able to have their own privacy when needed, but the main level also provided a room big enough for all of us plus a few more for dinner one night. Thank you, Lisa!

Great Experience!

The property was perfect for three couples to stay at. Everyone had their own bathroom and shower, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the house was super clean.

Great stay in Ft. Collins!

Great place to stay and so close to downtown and The Exchange! Very clean and has garage spot for vehicle-definitely a plus!

Graduation

Everything was perfect! From the communication, to the location, decor, space and everything! We wish we had known about it the 4 years my daughter was at CSU. Highly recommend! Rooftop patio is spectacular!

Great location, very comfortable and quiet

We came to visit our daughter who studies at CSU. GREAT LOCATION and so nice to bring the dog and have a trail close by to walk the dog. Loved the rooms, very comfortable beds.

Well furnished, spacious modern house

This property was absolutely perfect for us. Lots of room, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, in a quiet neighbourhood but only about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Downtown.

Enjoyable Stay

Property was clean but they should have someone out to exterminate for ants. First time I've stayed at a VRBO that didn't have a guest book and some kind of welcome basket (snacks, bottle of not to expensive wine, etc). Would also suggest having at least two house keys when multiple families are staying. Location to attractions was excellent. Location was quiet and especially enjoyed the balcony at sunset.
