Beautiful home
This home was as described and was exactly what we needed for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for all of us too! It’s a beautiful well kept home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners were kind and timely in their responses to our questions. Would love to stay here again!

A good option for adults or older kids
I stayed here with my husband, young kids all 5 years old and younger, my parents, two sisters, and one of their fiancés and we didn’t feel crowded. I wouldn’t recommend this house if you have young kids because the stairs are steep and there isn’t a large landing area at the top of the stairs especially the bunk room. I didn’t realize the bunk room was upstairs so all my kids had to trek up and down the stairs during our stay. As stated in the listing there isn’t a door for the bunk room which I didn’t mind until we actually arrived and saw that combined with the small landing, this meant you turned the corner of the wall and immediately there are stairs so if you aren’t paying attention you could definitely take a tumble! Everything else about the house was great. I enjoyed having an enclosed garage to park our vehicle in so it felt secure and also didn’t bake in the sun during the day. There were books and giant Jenga for the kids plus beach toys, an umbrella, and chairs. Any problems we had were able to be fixed quickly because John was very responsive. Overall a nice stay and a good option if you have a large group of adults or older kids.

Beautiful home
We stayed in Navarre for 4 nights 5 days. The house was centrally located so it was easy access to Navarre, Destin and Pensacola. There was everything we needed to a great memorable trip. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Hickory house
We had a great time on our vacation staying at the hickory house. The host was very easy to communicate with and the listing was spot on. We had plenty of room for our family. We would definitely stay there again if we are in Navarre.

Great place to stay. Gave 5 stars for everything, but there are things I could critique. Before checking out, there was someone that came into the driveway and sat there an hr before we were suppose to be out. That seems rather pushy. Beds were slightly uncomfortable. No trash bags were provided. Those 2 things are easy to look past, I get it. Nice location, nice neighborhood. The house was roomy, and very clean. I would definitely come back.

Family beach vacation! ⛱️ ☀️
This house was perfect for our family! It was clean and had everything we needed. It had plenty of room for our family of 13! We absolutely loved the set up of this home, you had privacy and plenty of restrooms. It had a spacious backyard which is rare! The property manager was truly amazing and so kind (a huge plus for me). The neighbors were so friendly. We loved the neighborhood and was completely safe! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay, staying in one place together was a blessing. We love Navarre (it has my heart). 💙🏝☀️

Pleasant and peaceful
Enjoyed every night at this location. Super comfortable home with a very welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of space. Not too far from the beach but still out far enough to avoid traffic. Very quite and calm neighborhood. I personally donated a few skim boards and boogie board to the house as a friendly gift. Would definitely recommend this home to all of my friends and family
