Cabin Bella is a charming 2 bedroom 1 bath home located in Big Bear City, perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway or small families wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Gorgeous wood panel walls and wood flooring along with a rustic interior design gives you an authentic cabin feel. This home is tucked away between towering pine trees, giving you up close and personal access to nature while providing stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Kick up your feet and relax on the plush sofa as you enjoy a glass of wine in front of the stone fireplace. A sliding glass door right off the living space provides easy  access to the front deck where you can sit back and listen to the sounds of neighboring birds. Back inside, the large open kitchen offers granite countertops, a four-burner gas range, oven, microwave and coffee pot. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for you and your guests.

Through the door in the kitchen, you’ll find access to the fully fenced backyard. Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air as you enjoy lunch on the picnic table under the pines. Have your morning cup of coffee on the porch swing as you watch the sunrise come up over the mountain or hang out on the hammock at night and stare up at the endless amount of stars. End your night soaking in the large jetted hot tub, the perfect way to relax and unwind in the great outdoors.

When you're ready to settle down after your fun day exploring Big Bear, head inside and up the stairs where you’ll find two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a nice big room which includes a large king size bed, access to the second floor deck, and TV for you to watch movies from the comfort of your bed. Also upstairs you will find bedroom two featuring a twin and twin trundle bed.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in the street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Please dispose of your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
