Ok for the

Instructions could have been clearer, unit was through a locked gate (no code) around back of house. Trash can close to door was overflowing. Like I said, ok for the money

Perfect stay for a couple

This was mine and my partners second year staying at this location. We enjoy the feeling of it being behind a locked gate and more private. The area seems friendly, and the unit is kept clean and organized. Easy check in and good AC/Fan in unit as well (needed for those hot days) pool is a great addition, a little too cold for us in November, but overall very nice! Good price as well. Shampoo/body wash are supplied which is nice. Only thing I would recommend is more towels for people like us who stay 10 nights.. there’s only 3. Along with we did get woken up at 6AM on the weekend from neighbour sun another unit in the household banging, yelling and clearing throwing stuff and fighting. We decided to mind our own business and try falling back asleep

Amazing trip

The property was a nice size for one person. The shower was amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Instructions were clear on how to get in. All necessary information was provided

Short Phoenix break

This was the first time I ever rented a VRBO. It was a very positive experience. The room was comfortable and the location was close to everything. The only thing I would change, there are no lights outside near the door making it hard to see at night.

The suite was comfortable, clean, and trendy. The bed felt AMAZING, the A/C blew wonderfully! This was a great decision, as I had never used VRBO before. The bathroom…. That shower was PHENOMENAL!!!! The door leading from the bathroom to the pool gave me a little unease because the door separating the bedroom and the bathroom does not close. Therefore I could not secure the bedroom from the bathroom which had a door that led to outside. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable, comfortable, and affordable! I would definitely recommend this host! Thank you🙏

Cute & Cozy

It was a cozy little studio that was good for just me while I was visiting family. It was by a lot of restaurants and things to do. The parking was a little tight but I got used to it after a few nights. I would stay again.

Great place to stay

From checking in to checking out everything was straight forward and easy! The unit was clean, tidy and so very cute. Bed was SO cozy and comfy! And the shower was just splendid as well. Im hoping next time I can enjoy that beautiful pool as well! My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 nights and we loved that it felt private. I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much again

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean and well appointed. The decorating was excellent. Cozy and comfy. The shower was an experience all in itself! Would definitely stay again.

Minor slip up but very pleasant and cute

Minor slip up when we arrived and our room hadnt been cleaned. Luckily i found some clean linens in the clost and just stripped the bed. Edith was quick to respond back to me! She offered to get a hotel for the night but we were too tired and it was after 9pm. She offered to refund 1 night. We were so grateful! We will definitely be back!

Cute getaway

Loved staying in this charming hideaway. This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while moving daughter into college. The shower was amazing after a long day of moving. The bed was so comfy also. I hope next time we won’t be so busy that we can enjoy the pool.

Don’t bank on the Pool

The place was well supplied: shampoo/conditioner/body wash/toiletries, etc. It was very clean. Bed was comfy although they desperately need to get a couple new pillows. Neighbors are welcoming. There are 4 units total. Pool was not useable the first 3 days. I did get in on the last night after the maintenance person was there.

Perfect little haven

We were in town for a little getaway and concert. It was such a great place and was centrally located to everything! The room was adorable and everything we could've wanted. We even enjoyed the pool. We will definitely book again!

Small studio like apartment with everything supplied to meet my needs. Quiet neighborhood and lovely pool. Only issue is that this neighborhood is very close to the canal making for lots of short streets. My GPS had trouble with the street name and so finding this place especially in the dark was challenging!

Nice enough

This place was nice enough. It is quite and private which was nice. The bed is VERY firm. The shower is great. Has pool. Overall it’s a good bargain.
