You will feel right at home in this brand new, spacious 3-story home with smart TVs in every room, a WFH area, BBQ grill, & outdoor seating area.

We love this area because we are close to (1) Shem Creek, (2) the Old Village & Pitt Street Bridge, (3) Mozzo Deli, (4) Nico restaurant, (4) 2-min drive from Patriot Point Links Golf Club, (5) A quick 5 min ride to Sullivan’s Island Beach... !
Getting Around:
Parking is located behind the home. There is space for two cars in the back. Additional cars can be park out front to the right of the house along the sidewalk. There is also a local Harris Teeter around the corner(walking distance) with space for overflow of parking.
