Welcome to The Swanky One! This charming, posh apartment, with it's modern swagger is centrally located to Downtown, Deep, Ellum, and Lower Greenville. Our comfy plush Queen beds, fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens and towels, and washer & dryer makes it perfect for any getaway. Whether you come to just relax, work, or play. Our swanky 2 bedroom flat has everything you need. Plus, in appreciation, we include admission into the Award-Winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details.
Cozy up in our Dallas 2 bedroom apartment; furnished with plush queen size beds & a comfortable sleeper sofa. Also enjoy our cooking and dinning essentials in our fully stocked kitchen. We always welcome every guest with fresh linens and coffee.
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. For guests with little ones we provide a pack-n-play, listed as a crib.

If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.
