IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* Most of the resort amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $20 per guest; children 6 years old and under are free.
* 8 guests (plus up to 4 additional additional children under 7 years old, for a total of 12 guests with the extra children included)
* 4 cars MAX - Two in garage and four in driveway. Street parking isn't allowed, per the local ordenance.
* Guests are responsible for the home and any damage or theft will result in charges to security deposit and/or credit card.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero-tolerance policy on abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party hard, this is not the home. This is a tasteful, and well-appointed home - please treat it as your own.

This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. No loud or late parties.
