IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
*No fires of any sort are allowed on the property or in the Tahoe basin.
*No more than 6 guests plus the additional children 5 years old and younger are allowed
*Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period.
*4 cars max. No street parking per county ordinance - could result in towing per county ordinance
*Please put trash in on-site bear box
*Surveillance: camera may be installed for driveway and doorbell, no cameras inside the home
*RV's, trailers, boats, etc. are not to be parked at the home. Consider renting a space at a camp site or other alternative parking solutions.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately).
