You will be able to watch dolphins play all day in this beautiful condominium! Enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed view of the ocean from both balconies and living room in this lovely 2 bedroom condo in Villamare 1302. The beach is just a stone's throw away from your front door!

Furniture, kitchen, and flooring are new. This villa has a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the guest bedroom plus a sleeper sofa. The 1200+ square footage also includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and 2 full baths including 2 showers, one soaking tub and 2 commodes. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the unit. There are smart tvs in the living room and both bedrooms.

Villamare offers several amenities to guests. This beautiful complex has an outdoor serenity pool and hot tub for adults as well as an outdoor family pool. In addition, an indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise room are also available for guest use.

This property is maintained by a property manager who provides 24 hour emergency service for any problems during your stay. The villa itself is cleaned and inspected weekly.

Family vacation

Our vacation was terrific. The unit was superior to others we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. The owner is very accommodating, promptly answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfection

First visit to Hilton Head and this condo was not a disappointment. We've stayed at many beach front condos over the years but this was by far the best. The location, the views, the cleanliness and accomodations were all perfect. Communication from the time of booking until check-in was great as was the communication during our stay. No complaints at all. We will be back in the future and would hope to rent this unit again. Thank you for sharing this gem.

Perfect condo!

Loved it!!

Great location right on the beach! The condo was clean and the property manager was very accessible. The owner gave great instructions for check in. The neighborhood had loads of activities that were easily to bike to. The pool was awesome and heated which was nice for spring break in April! We will be back!!

Just “Beachy”

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The condo was clean, in a great location, and more than enough room for our family of four. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning. We weren’t expecting beach items to be available for use, but they were greatly appreciated! The property manager reached out to us early in the week to a check in which was above and beyond.

Villamare is such a wonderful property and the unit is just a short walk to the pool and beach. The views are outstanding, the kitchen fully stocked and beds very comfortable. We had a great week!

Very Nice Stay

We enjoyed the balcony and views every morning! Towels, starter dishwasher supplies and trash bags were supplied. They had beach supplies if you needed them. Ice machine down the hall was nice. Very nice rental. Only recommendations are: if you could provide dishwasher drying liquid so the dishes dry better, make the wifi password more visible as the tv directions we’re obscuring it and somehow had the dishes from previous renters put away Those are so minor, wonderful rental.

Property location was great! Room was suitable for a family of 5. View was amazing and everything was tidy! Recommend staying here, just be sure to pack beach towels. Most everything was provided.

Perfect Family Vacation

This is the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed the little extra view of the pond and the turtles. Condo was perfect for a small family with plenty of space. The owners were great to work with upon booking and we had no issues checking in or during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great week in Hilton Head.

The condo was beautifully appointed, housekeeping prepped the condo nicely. All necessary kitchen utensils were provide . and in good repair. The weather was great and the Villamore facility was excellent. The landscaping was beautiful. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all that you would need. Spring break Getaway

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful beach front condo. It had all of the amenities we could have asked for and the view could not be beat. It was close to everything and we were able to take advantage of multiple activities such as biking on the beach and taking a dolphin tour. Cant wait to visit again!

Property was as described in the VRBO writeup. Good ocean view about 200 yards from the ocean. Unit very clean & well furnished. Accomodations and description of unit very accurate. This is probably the best unit that we have stayed in of many.

Fabulous Condo

Wonderful condo, beautiful views, and very CLEAN! Great week in HH. Property was well maintained. Very large outdoor pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Beach access right by pool. We would recommend this property to everyone.

Wonderful family vacation! We have stayed at several Villamare condos, but, 1302 was the best! All the comforts of home. Perfect view of the pool and beach from living room and both balconies, well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and grill, comfy furniture and beds! Great getaway!

Villa Mare 1302 is a fantastic property. We we very pleasantly surprised by the amazing view Of the pool and ocean from the unit. We have been traveling to Hilton Head Island for nearly 20 years with our four daughters and our extended family. Villamare was always our favorite place to stay as the views are fantastic! In 2010 we bought 1302 and one year later we bought 1307. It has been our joy to share this beautiful space with so many guests over the years!

This property has beautiful views of the ocean and beach. You really can see the dolphins! The beach is very close and it is convenient to walk there. This villa is also very close to the pool.

The grounds at Villamare are meticulously maintained and any walk outside the condominium is lovely.
