Bella Vita is an 8000 square feet home under central air-conditioning with 7 bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms on main floor), 7 bathrooms. There are 8 beds (6 queen, 2 king) , 2 full size cribs, large heated pool, 5 acre fenced yard with tropical fruit trees and flowers. Enjoy a movie on 110" screen in surround sound movie room, or 83" smart TV in family room. Our gourmet kitchen has everything you need. Enjoy two living rooms, one with a bar and flat screen, kick up your feet and just relax. In addition to the other eating areas we have an empty room for tables/chairs for holiday gatherings that can be set up upon request. The outside space has 2 dining areas, lounge chairs and a sectional. The large yard gives you the option to play sports or enjoy walking through the large garden area or just relax in pool while soaking up the sun . We are centrally located, beach is an 8 mile drive, 1 mile to Publix supermarket, 4 miles to interstate 75, 20 minutes to Fort Myers airport, 1.5 hours to Miami.
There is plenty to see in Naples in a short drive of 20 minutes or less. Beaches, award winning restaurants, see manatees, golf, pickleball, dolphins, Botanical gardens, zoo, nature hikes, gator tour airboat rides, diving/ snorkeling. Marco Island is 30 minutes.
Recommendations on activities with directions, etc. will be available in the home to make it easy to plan your stay.

Beautiful Property

Our family of 12 had the best time at Bella Vita. Everyone had space to spread out and relax on our week long vacation together. Can’t say enough good things about the house & backyard. Beautiful grounds, amazing pool, and the house has everything you could need or want. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, pool & beach toys, and abundance of towels and extra blankets. The theater room was awesome for watching the NCAA games together! The property owners were wonderfully accommodating. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Bella Vista House

We had a great visit with family at the Bella Vista house. We had plenty of room in the house and really loved the pool area and Lanai. Finally, the check out procedure was really easy and appreciate the way this was handled.

Girls Vaca

The house was beautiful and spotless! Plenty of room for the 7 of us Ladies! Pool and pool area was grand! Hosts provided clear communication on everything! House had everything we needed including stocked kitchen to cook and serve. We all loved the house and all it offers!! Only thing I would suggest is more lounging chairs by the pool to accommodate the group. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Place for larger groups

We were so impressed with how easy the check in and check out process was. The communication from the site managers was great. They even warned us a day before we checked in that there were some traffic delays due to an accident near the exit for the villa. They made everything go so smoothly. The facility was so well laid out for our group of 12. Each couple had a great bedroom with plenty of restrooms throughout the villa. The pool was wonderful and the pool area was great. The yard has many trees and bushes creating a great place for birds. This was such a beautiful place! We would highly recommend this place .

Phenomenal!

Wow! This home is phenomenal! Our family stayed here the first of January 2024. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable.Gourmet kitchen for sure (wish I could duplicate it at my home)! Having 2 coffee pots (Keurig and Keurig w/a pot) was perfect for our morning coffee! Having all these bathrooms was so nice. Pool so clean and excellent for kids to enjoy. Safe area. We had a couple of glitches, but Steve and Diane were quick to respond and VERY nice. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the landscaping and yard. Great place 👍❤️

Amazing Property

Couldn’t ask for a better location or property. House was equipped with all the necessities for our stay. Pool was warm, beds were comfortable, great spot to come back to at the end of the day. Will book again next December!

Beautiful luxurious home

This home is beautiful and has everything that you need. The kids LOVED the movie theater! The outdoor pool area was spectacular. It is all screened in so you can sit out there at night without bugs! Plenty of room and seating for everyone. We had 8 adults and 4 kids 10, 6, 4 and 2. It is close to beautiful beaches! It was one of our best family vacations! You will love it! The owners responded to our questions immediately. I’d rate it 10/10.

Our group cannot say enough good things about Steve & Dianne, and their property Bella Vita. From start to finish they were responsive to any questions we had, as well as generally helpful/knowledgeable about the area as none of us had been to Naples before. We were 4 families in town for a soccer tournament, all with children ranging from 8-12 and Bella Vita gave us more than enough space to spread out but also gave us the opportunity to make some great "framily" memories. The property and pool were super clean and they left us with basic necessities to get our trip started upon arrival before we did our store run. The kitchen is a true chef's kitchen and we made good use of it. Feeding 16 people is not easy but we had more than enough space to cook and not get in each others way, which also helped us avoid having to eat out every day. We also loved the privacy we all had with the 7 bedrooms. The kids also LOVED the movie room of course, which gave the adults the freedom to use the other TVs to watch what we wanted. When we had a little difficulty getting the projector on initially, Steve responded swiftly which was greatly appreciated. The location was great also being only a short drive to multiple beaches and having a Publix only minutes away. We would recommend Bella Vita to anyone staying in the Naples area and have already discussed staying here again next year if our team makes the trip down! We are still talking about how great it was! Thank you Steve and Dianne!

Family birthday

This was a great place to celebrate my father's birthday. There was plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms to keep everyone happy. It was a pleasant surprise that there were baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, as well as a pack'n play (this was in addition to two cribs and a high chair). It made our life much easier with two kids under two. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again for a family gathering.

Fantastic House!!

We stayed in Naples with a family group because our son was getting married and we live a thousand miles away. The owner was fabulous about answering our questions about details for the house. We had parents, grandparents, siblings, cousins, etc--and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The movie room was great--enjoyed by all ages. The screened in pool was great--and had pool towels provided. The bedrooms were large. There were plenty of towels, handsoap, shampoo, etc. The house was clean and beautifully furnished. There was even a washer and dryer on both floors! The kitchen was especially helpful (LOTS of counter space, a full size fridge and freezer side by side, two ovens, and plenty of kitchen supplies) since we were planning for the rehearsal dinner and baking the wedding cake and groom's cake. There was also plenty of seating for meals together, rather than having to eat in shifts! We have been going to the beach and renting houses for many years, and while this one is not "a beach house" per se, it is by far the BEST house we have ever stayed in. If we need a rental in the Naples area again, we will definitely try to stay in this house--it was AMAZING!! Thank you so much!!

Had enough for girls that wanted their own room did. Pool was the most enjoyable. They had everything we needed. It was more than what we thought we would get. Lost the code and Dianne and Steve got back to us before we even got to the house. We were able to find everything we needed by the emails we got. They left us a great note explaining we’re we could find things. Every one really enjoyed our stay!!!!! We would give it a 10.

Family vacation

Property was really nice. Wish the pool was warmer, would pay more to be able to use the pool, solar heat just didn't cut it. The theater room was a bust the remote that I was told to use didn't exist. The tv in the famliy room remote didn't work ,steve had one delivered then it was ok. The property was very nice. Better instructions on how theater devices work.

Family reunion success

We planned a weekend at Steve and Diane’s place to make my family of 12 comfortable while visiting extended family for a long overdue family reunion with 4 generations of relatives from all over the US and UK. After the last hurricane my Aunt and Uncles place was destroyed and it became necessary to have a venue for a brunch. Not only did this house serve our needs for my kids and their kids, it allowed us to entertain 35 people on superbowl morning for a brunch and then Super Bowl dinner for a smaller crowd. We had the game on 3 tvs, living room, theater, and bar areas so you could mingle from room to room and still keep an eye on the game. Because the TVs only have cable it was necessary to adapt and overcome with the use of Roku to get the game on. But this was easy enough, we ran to the local Best Buy and grabbed a few Roku sticks and logged in. Happy to do so. We’ll done Steve and Diane. We may ask you to have us again in the future for a semi annual version.

“ Bella Magnificent “

Steve and Dianne out did themselves with their beautiful home . The home was spotless , decorated and luxurious. It was filled to capacity with all the amenities mentioned. The kitchen was the heart of the house allowing us to cook meals and then the outdoor seating area was perfectly set up for gathering. The house was a perfect blend for our families celebration on our Mom’s 98th Birthday! The garden area was an extra delight walking through seeing some favorite fruit and plant trees. “Share the Beautiful Moments” at Bella Magnificent! Absolutely incredible property!

Wow Wow Wow! This property was amazing. Our extended family of 10 spent Thanksgiving in this sprawling home. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was spacious and made cooking for a group a breeze. This house is fully stocked with all of the comforts of home. We loved the theater room for movies and Thanksgiving Day football games. Mornings were spent by the pool relaxing with our cup of coffee. Easy drive from RSW. Publix nearby which made our grocery runs convenient. Hosts were great and responsive if anything came up. I HIGHLY recommend this property for your group!!

Great trip

Great communication with Steve and Diana. The listing was exactly as described, with so many personal touches for our guests. All the rooms were extremely spacious and accommodating for our large party. Great location, close to Publix and Costco. They were even kind enough to mail an item that was left by one of the guests in our party. Great hosts and experience overall!

The beaches, activities and the tropical landscape is why Naples is one of the best vacation destinations. There is plenty to do here if you don't want to just soak up the sun and relax. In the home we have a book with recommendations of places to see and experience. A vacation should be a place where memories are made.

Why they chose this property

If you have a large family or friends that travel together then this home is perfect for you. There is lots of space to come together and enjoy your company and yet plenty for privacy. The rooms are spacious and provide able closets and shelving for your clothing. Several of the bedrooms have their own ensuite and 6 beds are queen size with a king bed on the first floor and one on the second floor. Don't want to cook? Naples is known for outstanding restaurants. We even have recommendations if you want to hire a photographer to capture your memories.
