About this property

Beautiful three bedroom luxury home in a quiet cul de sac, with amazing sunsets from the front deck. Centrally located, just a short walk to Commercial St. Around the corner from Stop & Shop, liquor store and Macs restaurant. Huge private patio out back with a new outdoor, double-bay shower. Enjoy your getaway safely - a new azek deck on the front of the house and now a large private patio to spend time in the sun and outdoor dining. There is a grill, dining area with a large cantilever umbrella for shade and Adirondack chairs. Any questions, please contact me!

The house has two stories. First floor is open with gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room (with large Smart TV and Bose lifestyle surround sound) and full bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (2 King beds and 1 Full bed) and another full bathroom. Brand new modern beds and mattresses in all rooms. All linens and towels are included. Cleaning fee is included. The house sleeps 6 people max. House has air conditioning.

Extremely peaceful spot. This is a house for people looking to unwind, relax with family or friends and enjoy the offerings of Provincetown. This is NOT a party house, no outdoor blasting of music or late night noise. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Pets are not permitted. Washer and dryer in-house.

Parking for 1 car included. There is an attached townhouse with a quiet couple (you will barely see them). A signed lease is required a month before your stay. PLEASE NOTE: Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only in July and August. 3-night minimums in shoulder seasons. Please message me with any questions.

Wonderful Family Week Stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property for Family Week 2021! We are a family of 6, including our 9, 7, and twin 3 year olds. This place gave us plenty of room to spread out, a beautiful kitchen with everything we needed (which lets face it, with 4 kids the kitchen is where you spend most of your time!), a spacious back patio, and an outdoor shower that was perfect after a day at the beach. The location was great as you could easily walk to town, and at night we enjoyed walking to get takeout from Mac’s Seafood or the delicious new Mexican restaurant next door! It’s also a quick ride to the food/liquor store right around the corner. I would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic house!

We had a fantastic stay -- the house was spacious, super-clean, tons of natural light, with fantastic front and back patios, and a wonderful outdoor shower. Highly recommend!

Great house and responsive host

The property was everything the ad said it would be. Really nice and comfy, clean and Katy was responsive to our needs. The neighborhood is nice with trees and a short walk to Commercial St. Great for families and chill adult friend groups. Great kitchen, living room and bedrooms.
