This Manasota Key beach retreat is waiting to welcome you to serene seaside living. Just a short walk from private deeded beach access, this two-bedroom duplex makes the perfect home away from home for a Gulf Coast getaway.

Showcasing stylish coastal design, this walk-up condo comes fully furnished for modern guest comfort. Soak up some rays on the private deck while enjoying a cold beverage or an alfresco meal at the four-seater table. Cool off inside with central air-conditioning and kick back on the plush leather sofa while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The updated kitchen showcases gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances for home cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. For casual meals, utilize one of the shared grills, complete with the necessary utensils. Sip coffee at the three-seater breakfast bar and dine together at the table set for six. Additional perks include free WiFi and a shared washer/dryer for on-site convenience. An assortment of beach gear is also provided as a shared guest amenity.

Take a ride on the complimentary golf cart shuttle service to explore Manasota Key. Look out for shark teeth, which are famously in abundance all over the beach.

This duplex shares beach items (chairs, floaties, wagons, etc.) and a grill with the other half of the duplex.

Looks like they tried to put lipstick on a pig.

As the title says, I think the furniture was all purchased at 2nd hand stores, mattresses were very hard as someone mentioned on Vacasa website review. Be sure to check that website out for more info about the amenities that are not available at this location prior to booking. Did not know it was through a 3rd party. Received an email stating the private beach access was closed, the one you can walk to, after booking. Wife had a kitchen knife break when she went to cut a loaf of sourdough bread. 4 forks in the joint but 37 cups. The 10 digit code for the door is a bit much. They say for safety reasons but dont think they need to worry about people coming back. Quiet time is 9PM maybe they should let the people know living/staying in the homes behind the property that. No the construction work is not done behind the property either, had truck/trailerbacking in beeping at 7AM 3 of the days. Some of the shared beach chairs need to be replaced, unless you're up to date on your tetnus shot. Cant forget the "curly" hair on the inside of the fridge, so not sure if they are using the same cloths to clean the bathroom as the inside of the fridge. I think that about sums it up,

Unresolved problems

The space, location, cleanliness, and description were all good for this property. However, we were very disappointed in the responsiveness of the owner/management company. We stayed for 10 days. On the second day I reported that the toilet tank was not filling with water consistently, so you had to take the lid off the tank and physically make the fill-valve work. On the third day I informed the management company that the umbrella on the deck was broken. Both times they told me that they would pass the information along. No one contacted me. On the 7th day I reached back out to the management company and they said that someone had tried to reach me, but I checked my devices and there were no texts, voice messages, or emails from them/anyone. By the time we left we had still not heard from anyone about fixing these items.
