The spacious interior welcomes group gatherings with an open living area and stylish coastal decor. Sip morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the private balcony or kick back in the living room with casual entertainment on the TV. The full kitchen comes well-appointed for home cooking with all major appliances and there's seating for all at the dining table.

All the bedrooms feature private balcony access and TVs. The primary suite include a deluxe, jetted soaking tub and private en suite. The second guest room also features an attached bathroom. There's also a full bathroom on the roof deck for added convenience.

A Great Vacation Place in Playa Del Carmen
We had a great time staying in the Breezy Penthouse near the beach. The property is located north of all the night life on the Ave. Cinco so it is nice a quiet. The penthouse apartment was roomy and very clean. We cooked our own breakfast in the kitchen and went out for the rest of our meals. The property is just a block from the beach and two full service beach clubs where you can relax on the beach let someone bring you drinks and food. There is also plenty of public beach where you can comb or spread out a blanket and just take in the turquoise water and white sand. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store adjacent to the property that makes late night snacks and drinks a simple reality. The staff at the condo complex were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The managers at VaCasa were really responsive to our needs and kept in constant communication by text and email through the check in and check our process. The people we dealt with are great! The big negative that keeps this from being a five star review is that the private elevator was not working. If you are counting on being able to use an elevator, get a hotel as there is no telling if this one will be working or not. The stairs weren't a big deal for most of our party, but limited the number of trips for those with knee issues. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. There are some minor repairs needed and other signs of wear and tear, but nothing major besides the elevator. I recommend the stay!

Incredibly Relaxing and Family Fun
We could not have asked for better accommodations at Les Alizes! The penthouse apartment was exactly as described. It is situated one block away from a public beach and multiple beach clubs. The pool on the top was literally the bees knees. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook for a family of 7. There is a water cooler there that is not mentioned in the ad; that was a nice addition for our purchase of water. The open family space accommodated everyone. All bedrooms had their own AC and bathroom and at least one balcony if not more. We never ran out of toilet paper that was allotted and while we brought most of our shampoo and conditioner, it was provided. Another amenity not mentioned…the awesome community pool! It is a little piece of paradise and serenity. Most of the condo complex is ex-pats so it was awesome to have great dialogue from folks all over the world. It is close enough for the action but far enough to be secluded and quiet. We walked to 38th which is so cool as well as Quinta. It was an $8USD taxi to Walmart, the ferry, and any other downtown places. We also took a taxi to Cenote Azul was was wonderful. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant below the condos as well as a 7-11 and a small pharmacy. Security was incredible. We felt very safe with the condo security as well as the police station across the street. Just be sure to go to security gate for initial access to the building.

Perfect location
Only a 1/2 a block to the beach. Half a mile to all the restaurants and nightlife that 5th Avenue has to offer. Wonderful private rooftop pool. .. It is a wonderful place to stay. Things to know. We did not have any drinking water but 711 was on the corner.You may want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. If you like sleeping with a blanket come prepared, plenty sheets and towel, And pillows available no blankets available.
