Central to many Arizona attractions: Grand Canyon, Lake Havasu, Bullhead City, Colorado River, Historic Kingman, Laughlin, Lake Meade, Parker, Hoover Dam, and less than 2 hours to Las Vegas. Slighter cooler temperature than surrounding areas. Absolutely NO SMOKING. Absolutely NO Pets without prior approval and $250+ deposit.

Accommodation didn’t fit price

Based on other Vrbo’s this is over priced. The furniture and bedding are old and worn. The neighborhood is clean and quiet but in small 1950s homes, so lower end neighborhood. The location was very convenient and central to all main roads.

Felt like we were at home.

This home was clean and beautiful and very spacious. Came with everything we needed to cook and clean. The kids (and us grownups) loved playing ping pong in their really cool game room. The heater worked so incredibly well!! We were never cold. The couch and beds were so comfy too. The owner of the home provided a great folder that included instructions and great ideas for things to do and places to go. 10/10 highly recommend!! I would stay here again for sure.

Very comfortable home

This home is very comfortable for a group. The bedrooms are separate from the living areas and it is all on one level. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was an issue with one of the toilets and the owner was responsive but was not able to resolve the issue before we left. There was also one bedroom with a twin bed that was supposed to be a queen according to the listing. That was not an issue for our group but might be for another. Quiet neighborhood and a pleasant stay.

Not what we expected

Carpet was very dirty and worn. There were many beer bottle caps found under couch. Vacuum was from 1980’s and did not work well and had no extra bags. Washing machine was very dirty on the inside. Water dispenser in fridge did not work and was moldy. Neighborhood not great.

Kingman property

This house is very nice, spacious. We were there for work so comfortable and felt like home. Kevin very helpful, accommodating, flexible. Easy to communicate with. We hope to ho back that way in next few months.
