2 - Check Availability and Pricing: Please use the "Contact Host" button first to confirm the most up-to-date availability and pricing. Keep in mind that our VRBO calendar may not always reflect real-time changes. Prices and availability are regularly updated to align with the current rental market.

3 - Booking Process with The Timeshare Brokers, LLC: Our goal is to provide you with the best booking process in the industry. Note that the rate quote is a base rate, and premiums may apply during peak times, such as school vacations and holiday weeks.

4 - Availability Confirmation: We will check your inquiry/request within the specific owner's resort booking system and promptly respond with the latest availability, as it can change daily. To accommodate these fluctuations, we recommend using the "Contact Host" feature before using the "Request to Book" option.

5 - Reservation Request: The "Request To Book" feature initiates a reservation request, which will receive a response within 24 hours. Please be aware that this is not a confirmed stay at this stage. We recommend using the ‘Contact Host’ button first for the most accurate information.

6 - Flight Bookings: We advise against booking flights until you have received your final confirmation from the resort.

7 - Timeshare Villa for Rent: You are inquiring about renting a timeshare villa.

Our refined 840-square-foot one-bedroom villas offer many of the key amenities of home, combined with signature Westin touches. Master bedroom include a king-size signature Westin Heavenly Bed and Westin Heavenly Bath with shower/bathtub and vanity. The living area is well equipped with a wardrobe armoire as well as a queen-size sofa sleeper. Step out onto a furnished lanai (or porch area) and soak in picturesque views of the West Maui Mountains and resort grounds. Villas also come with a fully furnished kitchen along with luxury amenities like new stainless-steel appliances, a Bose sound system, and a washer/dryer.
