It's a great house...comfortable and clean and spacious with good kitchen stuff for meals. A group of four adults/young adults, maybe five, is probably ideal. A note if you have large people with you: one bedroom has bunk beds with twin mattresses; my older son is 6'5" and he stayed in there, so perhaps doubles there would be helpful. One other note about the interior: there's a pad on the wall showing the temp inside and we saw it read 80 our first evening and thought the a/c was out, but we texted the manager and were told there's no a/c unit and that's common in the area. Just to give you a heads up. You can close the shades and keep some of the afternoon heat from heating the place, and in the evening you can open some windows to let the cool, fresh air in. It never got uncomfortable--just a bit warm for a few hours.
The neighbors would like you to drive slowly through the neighborhood. By no means were my sons and I ever going fast, but a gentleman kindly asked us to slow down one evening. I just kept it at 15 thereafter, and I think that speed will keep everyone happy.
That's about it...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Just a few minor notes about a place to which I would definitely return and which I believe you would enjoy very much!
I went to the U of M 25 years ago and I've lived here separately and come back all this time, and I would say this house is a true, quality Montana home. You'll love it!
