Welcome to our little slice of heaven, located in the amenity rich community of Ocean Pines! Whether you are looking for a little R&R or seeking some outdoor adventure, you can enjoy it all just minutes away from our newly renovated costal home. We are located just 8 miles from Ocean City, 7 miles from Berlin (voted America’s Coolest Small Town) 13 miles to Assateague State Park and 2.6 miles to Ocean Downs Casino among many other attractions.
LIVING AREA
Relax and unwind on our cozy sectional sofa. In the winter or for cooler nights, turn on the gas fireplace for added comfort. Enjoy your favorite movies or shows on our 65” TV with cable. Has a small desk/chair area for a laptop.
KITCHEN & DINING
Spacious and bright kitchen with new white cabinets and granite countertops! Equipped with plenty of pots, pans, and kitchen tools (instant pot) for fresh and delicious meals.
Center island aids in meal prep and also has two bar stools for added seating.
Dining table near by seats 4 with another table on the front porch seating 4 more for dining al ’Fresco.
BED & BATH
This is a two story home and accommodates up to 8 guests. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed. Mattress is a medium. All Mattresses are new.
Primary bath is connected to bedroom and has large walk-in closet.
Linens and Bath Towels (not to be used outside of home) are provided to our guests at no additional cost.
There is an additional Full bath (shower/bath combo) as well between two secondary bedrooms. The second floor is a large loft with queen bed and a secluded reading nook/window seat, no bath upstairs.
OUTDOOR AREAS
There is a large porch located on the front of the home with a table w/ 4 chairs and porch swing. This is a lovely place to enjoy coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. Both the Master suite and secondary bedroom have a private deck off room with two seats and side table.

There is a small daily fee for use of the four seasonal outdoor pools or one year round indoor pool, pay at pool.
THE LOCATION
Enjoy waking up to a wooded yard. The community is ideal for long shaded walks, a run or bike rides. Ocean Pines has 5 pools, a small beach area (perfect for younger kids), trails, playgrounds, basketball courts, Saturday morning Farmer’s Market (is directly across the street), Yacht Club, Golf Course, skateboard park, racquet sports and more!
If you want to enjoy the sand and surf of the Atlantic Ocean, Ocean City, MD is only 8 miles away and if you prefer to avoid some of the summer crowds in Ocean City, you can enjoy great restaurants, go-carts, mini-golf, arcades, etc. all within 6 miles from our home. Frontier Town is a fun Western Theme Park and Water Park located 9 miles from our home.
Assateague State Park is a must do to see the beautiful wild horses that inhabit the island. There are many wonderful and serene hiking trails as well that everyone can enjoy.
Berlin has an incredible and charming small-town vibe with a vibrant main street. There are lots of great shops, restaurants, coffee shops and more to explore and enjoy.

TO NOTE DURING YOUR STAY
We require a 6-night minimum for June, July and August . The rest of the year we have a 3-night minimum. Check out is at 10AM and Check in is at 3PM.
Eight guests are allowed to stay at the property, Ideal for a max of 6 adults. Please notify us ahead of time if any other guests will be visiting during your stay, however only Eight guests are allowed to sleep at the home. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom as well as a Queen in secondary bedroom and a Queen in the third. Upper loft area has a queen bed (no bath on upper level) Linens and towels are provided during your stay.
Smoking is not allowed on the property, inside or outside. Sorry for the inconvenience and no pets. A $500 fine is accessed for smoking or vaping in the unit.
*Ocean Pines properties offer options to purchase pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Please adjust the AC/Heat to your liking while you visit. Upon leaving, please set to 78 degrees in the summer and 55 degrees in the winter.
