Lake front home located an hour North of Grand Rapids Michigan in Canadian Lakes Community. This Spacious home with open floor plan and Huge deck has room for the entire family and maybe a few friends too! Enjoy all that an All Sports Lake has to offer right out the back door. Bring your beach towels as this home has a boat dock and private beach area. A 23ft Pontoon is available at an extra rental fee. Enjoy the endless amenities that Canadian Lakes has to offer such as a Winter Sports Park with snow tubing, cross country skiing and outdoor ice rink. There is an18 hole golf course, two 9 hole golf courses; beaches, pickleball & Tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, fitness center, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub and many more activities available for the whole family. Home is less then a mile from grocery store, local Restaurant, pizza joint and ice cream shop. We are dog friendly and Canadian Lakes even has a dog park for your furry friends. We have exterior Camera's with Audio located at various locations on the EXTERIOUR of the property for security purposes only. NO camera's or audio within the home itself.

A Great Getaway
Great house with enough space for a large group to sleep and play comfortably. Great location, we used the community pool and could walk to antlers! Water is pretty intense well water so we brought our own to drink. I would say that is the most inconvenient thing but otherwise a fantastic stay and we will be back!

Beautiful Christmas Gathering
Our family met here for Christmas this year and it was absolutely lovely. Beautiful holiday decor and the hot cocoa bar was a hit with the kids. The home is exactly as pictured (except the exterior is red now instead of grey, which confused me upon arrival). Plenty of space for the family to spread out but also well-designed for the whole group to be in one room watching a holiday movie and playing games. We also used the pool at the clubhouse and the kids loved the comfortable water temperature and the slide. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Great house for our family of 12. Very nice place to stay! We had plenty of room and liked the comfy beds and couch. Nicely decorating. Kids enjoyed the sandy beach area, fishing off the dock and going out on the lake with the paddle boat.

Great Golf Trip
We rented Cheryl's house for a golf trip with 12 guys. The house was outstanding! Plenty of room for everyone, the house had everything we needed! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away. Would be ideal for a big family looking to get away to a lake house over the summer as well!

Perfect Canadian Lakes Getaway!
We came up to Canadian Lakes for a holiday weekend with three other families of our cousins. The property was clean, spacious and just what we needed. My family and I had a wonderful week at CLM. My granddaughters especially loved the beach and playing in the water. The pontoon rental was a great option the whole family enjoyed. The lakes were beautiful and we great weather most of the week. Overall a relaxing and fun vacation.

A great vacation rental! It was as good as was described. Large, comfortable and perfect for a large family gathering. It has a wonderful beachfront with network of lakes for great boating. Amazing property!
We came to spend Thanksgiving with family from around the state. There was room for everyone, the property was amazing! And the home inviting, comfortable and such a great layout for spending time together! We played euchre, watched old movies, ate great food and there was a place for everyone. The house was spotless when we arrived and it's so open and Airy and welcoming. There were so many special touches and thoughtful items that it felt warm and inviting- like going to a close friend's home. The way the home is set up, There is always a place to find to spend time with family with out disturbing others. From the game room to the huge deck, it was an amazing stay. We also rented the boat which so nice to just go step on a go. All in all, a wonderful place for families with kids of any ages or just a friend and family get away with lots of space for everyone.

Beautiful clean spacious home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This spacious home was perfect to accommodate our large family for our sons wedding. The location was perfect! The rehearsal dinner at Antlers (right across the street) and the wedding/reception at Tullymore Golf Resort was only a couple of miles away. The added bonus was the option to rent a pontoon boat. I'm so glad we did! The family enjoyed the beautiful Canadian Lakes and my great nieces loved having access to the beach right outside the house. We definitely recommend this house for your next vacation!

Why they chose this property

This property is made for fun with its open floor plan and full basement to play games and hang out in. There is even a fun bunk room in the basement that any group of kids would love to sleep in. The upper level has a loft with a queen size bed over looking the kitchen, dining and living room. The home offers water views and a huge deck as well as a spacious back yard with a fire pit and private beach and dock.

What makes this property unique

Availability to ALL of Canadian Lakes amenities such as indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna as well as a fitness center. The property has a Castle with a Winter Park offering Ice skating, a tubing hill and cross country skying.
