Peaceful right on the water, private beach & dock
Truly a gem of a property immersed in nature between trees and the lake.
Enjoy some quiet time right on the water. Inside you will find a bright and airy space with upstairs loft bedroom. Nice office area overlooking lake, Wi-Fi, AC unit, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, walk-in tile shower, exposed beams, and lofty ceilings.
This is a perfect place for remote work
with a dedicated space with a desk and office chair, by the window with a great view of the lake
Close to all amenities while fully immersed in nature.
Kayaks and paddle boards are also available to use freely.
To access the property you can take stairs all the way down to the lake (there are several stairs!) or a tram. The tram works perfectly and highly maintained with assistance from the host whenever needed.

Love traveling to unique places, surrounded by nature, discovering local culture and surroundings. Have lived in the Seattle area for 20 years and enjoy hosting and meeting new people. I enjoy hosting in this property which is a true hidden gem, fully immersed in nature between the lake and trees, while being close to many downtown places.

This is a unique place surrounded by trees and calming views of water, hills and a view of Mount Rainier. It has its own private beach and dock.
