This is a private ADU on the remodeled lower level of this Ladd's Addition bungalow. You'll have exclusive use of its kitchen, bathroom, living area (with a couch that converts to futon), small desk space, and master bedroom with a queen bed. The living room area provides space to relax and unwind after your adventures around town, with a cozy dining nook and seating for two. Your personal use of a washer and dryer are available in case you are packing light and need to launder during your stay.

Very clean, quiet, cozy unit. Easy parking on street and walking distance to restaurants, coffee, bars, shops and groceries. The host was easy to reach and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you are looking in the area.

Exactly what I needed
Although I did not spend much time there, and I am sorry for that, this place was absolutely perfect for my needs from beginning to end. The check in was so easy. Laura even let me come a bit early and left the door open for me. Her home was beautiful, spacious and fully stocked with everything I needed I loved how I did not have to pack any toiletries in my suitcase, as I only had a carryon for the plane. I am definitely coming back. Thank you Laura for your kindness and sharing your beautiful hone.
